Terms and Conditions
  1. All Associates can Participate
  2. Eligibility is divided in TWO categories Qualifiers and Leaders
  3. The promotion focuses on the Personal Sales, done by Channel Partners upto 50 miles using their own Referrer ID while registration of the said sale
  4. The ID count of all direct sales done by any associate shall be reflected in the dashbaord, any descripanc
  5. The Referrer to any ID if changed, its count shall be deducted from the original Referrer
  6. The Referrer of the ID, cannot be changed, for a period of ONE year after the promotion ends
  7. All IDs which have been referred to make the Channel Partner Eligible cannot be transferred or sold for a period of ONE Year
  8. Company shall contribute as per the achievements in terms of number of Direct Sales done in 22 Pay Cycles
  9. Leaders (50 miles and above) have to generate at least FOUR Qualifiers who they support as Mentors/Leaders and Leaders with on weaker side i.e. with 1:1 balancing need to get at least 2:2 Qualifiers.
  10. No two Leaders have same set of Qualifiers i.e. Two Leaders will have to produce EIGHT Qualifiers.
  11. Qualifier or Leaders shall not be eligible to travel without valid passport which does not have expiry date within 6 months from travel date.
  12. Contribution from Company cannot be in cashed or adjusted in any other terms.
  13. All qualified associates shall consume their eligibility offer in this tour only, shall not be allowed to adjust in any further tours of the Company.
  14. Thailand Trip Package Cost is expected to be around Rs.45000/- per person but shall depend at the time of booking
  15. Goa Trip Package Cost is expected to be around Rs.10000/- per person but shall depend at the time of booking
  16. Goa Trip will have Bed and Breakfast, travelling expenses needs to be taken care by the Associate.
  17. All those who qualify, shall come by their transport to Airport in India for Thailand Tour.
  18. Associates, who qualify with 50% contribution from Company, can pay the balance by submitting DD in Company of remaining amount to upgrade their segment.
  19. Company reserves the right to select or reject eligibility of the person if there is any controversy for eligibility.
  20. All eligible Associates need to carry at least THB 20,000/- for Thailand and Applicable Visa Fee.
  21. ID Card is must for All Associates who qualify in this offer
  22. If one partner has qualified in another ID, the other partner will get proportional promotion as his/her percentage in the ID for e. g. If he is 50% partner, he will need to pay balance 50% for availing the offer.
  23. Travel dated can be any dates between April and July 2018 both for Goa and Thailand.
  24. Associate who qualify shall pay the full amount if he cancels his tour in last minute.
